At The Meadows, we offer a range of residences for older adults. Our community includes 230 Independent Living apartments, 41 Assisted Living residences, 20 Memory Support residences and 59 skilled nursing/short-term rehabilitation accommodations.

In Independent Living, we offer several apartment styles – studios, one-bedroom, standard two-bedroom, large two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den apartments – in a range of sizes. In assisted living we primarily offer one-bedroom apartment homes though select two-bedrooms are also available. In memory care we offer private suites while in skilled nursing we offer semi-private rooms or private suites.

Absolutely! We accept all types and sizes of pets up to 60 lbs, though a temperament evaluation is required. Pets are allowed in independent living and assisted living as long as the resident is able to care for the pet.

The Meadows residents enjoy a wide range of amenities including 3 distinct dining venues, a fitness and aquatic center featuring an indoor pool and spa, bocce ball court, game room, art room, meeting and computer rooms, a private dog park, workshop, a variety of resident lounges, and a putting green.

We offer three distinct dining venues. Vela offers fine dining in a chic and upscale setting which is open daily for dinner. En Temporada is our more casual dining venue featuring buffet-style dining for lunch and dinner. A resident favorite is the Rebekah’s Bistro featuring a full menu made fresh to order, as well as beer, wine and espresso drinks for breakfast and lunch.

Most dietary requests can be accommodated such as vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and heart healthy. Our menus are centered on the nutrition and balance that come from a rich assortment of healthy foods. And we’re here to make sure that there are plenty of such foods available to you. While we don’t have a dedicated kitchen to prepare special dietary requests, we encourage residents to speak with their servers, as we’re committed to accommodating individual needs. We also make recipes and ingredients for each available menu item available for review.

Our on-site, purpose-built fitness and aquatic center offers 8,000 square feet of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a plethora of exercise classes for all ability levels, and an indoor saline pool for a variety of activities. Features include: strength-training equipment designed for seniors, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights and resistance bands, stability balls and other balance enhancers. We also offer a range of classes including aqua fitness, tai chi, yoga, and strength and balance. The Meadows of Napa Valley is on a 20-acre campus with walking paths making it easy to get outdoors.

We offer 24-hour campus security and a front desk that is manned 24 hours a day, including nightly patrol. Our community is locked and upon moving in, residents are given a key fob they must use to access the community from outside.

Yes, there is underground parking as well as surface parking. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space assigned for the resident. There may be a fee associated with parking depending on location.

The Meadows offers scheduled transportation for residents to medical appointments, the grocery stores, pharmacies, area-restaurants and more within Napa.
