More about Meadows of Napa Valley!
At Meadows of Napa Valley, you’ll find a higher degree of retirement living. Your new major is called: having the time of your life.
You deserve to make an informed decision about your future, so we’ve broken down our fee structure clearly. We also offer month-to-month renting options, which do not require an Entrance Fee.
Our Continuing Care Agreement works like this:
STEP 1: THE APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE
The first step to becoming a resident at The Meadows is to pay a $1,000 Application Processing fee, which will put your name on our applicant list and is 100% refundable should you not qualify for residency or decide not to move to The Meadows before you sign a Continuing Care Agreement.STEP 2: THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Once you’ve selected an apartment, you will be asked to make a $10,000 deposit toward your Entrance Fee. The remaining balance is due after you have been notified that your apartment is ready for occupancy.STEP 3: THE ENTRANCE FEE
The Entrance Fee is a one-time payment when you first become a resident at The Meadows. The amount depends on the apartment and type of plan you choose. We offer an 85% repayable plan which provides you or your estate a refund when your contract ends.STEP 4: THE MONTHLY FEE
The Monthly Fee is an ongoing payment due each month. The amount depends on the size and style of the apartment you choose and whether you live there alone. As you move through the Continuum of Care at The Meadows, your Monthly Fee will be adjusted accordingly. The Monthly Fee includes all of the following:
Studio apartments (513 square feet)
One-bedroom, one bath apartments (544–1,080 square feet)
